The Best Corned Beef & Cabbage Recipe! PERIOD!!

Hey all!  Just trying to spread the love with another badass recipe!
Maple Glazed Corned Beef & Cabbage;
Ingredients: 1 point cut slab of Corned Beef, 1 purple cabbage, 1 green cabbage, 1 bag baby carrots, 1 container of baby portabellas, 1 yellow onion.
1) put corned Beef in pot with water.  Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours.
2) add carrots, mushrooms, sliced onion, and half of each head of cabbage.
3) cook for another hour.
4) remove corned beef, place on cutting board, and slice up serving sized peices.
5) turn oven on Broil.
6) rub maple brown suger on each side of each peice of corned beef.
7) place corned beef on oven pan, and put in oven for 10 -15 minutes. (or until brown sugar starts to carmelize onto Corned beef.
8) remove, and serve! 
This is the best corned beef receipe I've every had.  I dare someone to come up with a better one!
